Contact:

We accept both calls and texts at the number below. We respond Monday thru Thursday 9am-3pm. We also respond by email during those hours. 


Store Policies:

We respect your privacy and will not share or sell your private information. Please do the same. We will not violate copyright laws or copy other artist’s work. We can however work with other artists if you have artwork you want engraved or cut on certain materials. We do not engrave on glass or metal at this time. We do NOT engrave Trophies or Plaques.  We unfortunately cannot engrave products provided not stocked by our company as they could damage our laser.


Copyright:

We will not copy the work of others artists.


Deposits:

Deposits are required and there are no refunds for custom pieces.  

ALL CUSTOM WORK MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE IT IS COMPLETED. A DRAFT WILL BE PROVIDED.


Visiting our Location:

Finished products can be picked up by appointment we do not have a visitable shop but we will announce pop up shops in the future.


Payment:

We accept cash or Venmo.


Cut off and Turn Times: 

Please email us for turn times. Turn around times vary during the holidays. Please understand no job is completed without a draft of the work being approved first. We do not accept custom orders after December 1, or within 2 weeks of any holiday. 


Shipping:

We only sell locally to keep our turn around times manageable. You can purchase an item and ship it to whomever you wish and we can make suggestions on packaging. 


Board Care:

*All board sizes are approximate. 

ALL BOARDS ARE real wood primarily Acacia and HAND WASH ONLY.

DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER OR SOAK IN WATER. THIS IS ADVISABLE FOR ANY WOOD BOARDS.


Mug Care:

All mugs are printed NOT vinyl and can be placed in the dishwasher.
